Return & Refund Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after you buy your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (unopened). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wonder-steps.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you the instructions on how and where to return the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*We cannot guarantee that the knee brace will work for everyone. Results vary depending on the type of issue you have with your knee or the type of support you need. We do not offer a trial basis for the products.

*Due to the corona virus delivery times may be delayed up to 30 business days (usually our shipment is delivered within 2-5 business days).

* Worn product or opened packaging will not be refundable!

* If you bought the product for something else / as a gift. It will not be possible to return and receive a refund!

* If you have tested the product on your body, we will not be able to refund you even once.

*If you request a refund due to a delayed delivery, check our delivery policy and if you should receive a refund, you will receive a full refund as long as one of the reasons listed here did not happen.

*If you tried to ask us for a refund due to the delivery time and 30 business days + 4 processing days have not yet passed, we will not be able to return the product. And you will not be able to return the product when it arrives to you as long as it arrived at the time we committed.

*If you tell us that you want to return the product because you do not use it, we will not be able to return the product because that is not a reason that is in our policies.

*All the days mentioned here are business days only and the counting of the days should be done properly !. 

Our business days are: Monday-Friday.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order for up to 24 hours. This is because we are in the process of shipping your product and will not be able to cancel your purchase.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Warranty
Some of our products come with a warranty for a certain time and is described on the product page.
Our warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects and not for any other reason.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


*Free returns is only for items that are acceptable for return. It covers factory defects, damage to the products or items that were sent out incorrectly.
